What comes to mind when you think of the M&S app? This was the question we sought to answer through our Mobile Future Vision project.
The future mobile experience for M&S responds to customers’ needs & anticipates their desires. It is a connected experience that serves as a conduit to the best of M&S. Through 1800+ minutes of research, 210 concept tests and 10 app user interviews we designed new in-app experiences to appeal to younger customers and cement brand loyalty.
